Monin is an international lawyer with 20 years of experience with top international law firms. She has a proven track record leading blockchain-related dispute resolutions, compliance for technology companies (across blockchain, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and biotechnology), corporate finance, private equity, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, trade disputes, and intellectual property litigation. Monin led her team in handling the first-ever decentralised autonomous organization (DAO) litigation case in Hong Kong and the first Initial Coin Offering (ICO) arbitration in London. She holds triple legal qualifications as an English Barrister, Singapore Advocate, and Hong Kong Solicitor. She is also the founder of the Blockchain Arbitrators and Experts Association and chairs the Oxford Futurists Society amongst blockchain polymaths. Additionally, she devotes her time as co-founder of the Christian Chamber of Commerce.
